Pat O'Neal has been a Loan Officer for residential real estate mortgages since 1990. After working for a Builder/Developer and selling residential real estate, she changed direction and has enjoyed helping borrowers obtain mortgages that work for them. She is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, holds an Associate Degree in Texas Real Estate Law, and managed the lending division for a major home builder. She believes that once a customer works with her, they and their friends are customers for life.

An avid horsewomen since childhood, she lives in Plano, Texas. As a member of several animal groups, she has fostered many homeless animals until they located their forever homes. In addition, she is a Collin County Master Gardener serving the community with information on water conversation, vegetable gardening, and plants for this area.
